FAQ

Common questions about the soft chamber

What's the difference between lay-down and seated configurations?

The lay-down model ($17,000) has a horizontal tube with a memory foam mattress - you recline for your session. The seated model ($19,000) uses an upright chamber where you sit in a chair. Both operate at the same pressure range. The lay-down configuration is more popular; the seated is preferred by users who find reclining uncomfortable.

Do I need any electrical work done first?

No. Both soft chamber models run on a standard Australian 240V/10A household power point - the same as a kettle or a washing machine. No electrician required.

How long does a typical session take?

Pressurisation takes 5-10 minutes. Most users run sessions of 60-90 minutes. Total time from start to fully depressurised is typically 80-110 minutes.

Can I use the chamber on my own?

Yes. The chamber is designed for solo use. The interior release valve means you can exit at any time. For peace of mind, most users keep someone nearby for the first few sessions.

What is the delivery timeframe?

Perth metro typically 1-2 weeks. Regional WA and interstate 2-4 weeks depending on your location. We'll confirm lead time when you enquire.
