Yes. HBOT Australia ships soft and hard-shell hyperbaric wellness chambers from Perth to all of New Zealand including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Dunedin, and rural addresses. Freight quoted per destination.
What is the lead time for NZ delivery?
Typical lead time from order confirmation to NZ delivery is 3 to 6 weeks. This covers production scheduling, sea freight from Perth, NZ customs clearance, and final-mile delivery. Air freight is available on request for faster turnaround at higher cost.
Do I pay GST on a chamber shipped to New Zealand?
AU GST is removed for export. NZ GST of 15% applies on import and is collected by NZ Customs at clearance. We provide a commercial invoice with FOB Perth pricing so you can calculate landed cost including freight, NZ GST, and any applicable duties.
Can I buy a hyperbaric chamber in NZD?
Pricing is set in AUD. We can convert to indicative NZD on quote. Payment options include international bank transfer, Wise, or AUD card payment with conversion handled by your bank.
Are HBOT chambers regulated in New Zealand?
Our chambers are sold as wellness equipment, not medical devices. New Zealand buyers should review the Therapeutic Products Act 2023 and Medsafe guidance on intended use. Buyer is responsible for ensuring use complies with NZ regulations. We do not make therapeutic claims.
Do you offer install support in New Zealand?
Yes. Soft-shell chambers are owner-assembled with phone and video support from our Perth team. Hard-shell installs include detailed setup documentation. For complex hard-shell installs we can connect you with NZ-based contractors familiar with the chambers.
