Does HBOT Australia ship internationally?
Yes. We ship hyperbaric wellness chambers worldwide from Perth, Australia. Common destinations include New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa. Other destinations quoted on request.
How is freight handled for international orders?
We default to FOB Perth - chamber is loaded onto the buyer's nominated freight forwarder at our Perth facility. We can also arrange Door-to-Door (DAP) freight via partner forwarders for an all-in landed cost. Sea freight is standard. Air freight is available for faster delivery at higher cost.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import VAT or GST, and local taxes at the destination country. We provide a commercial invoice and HS code documentation to support clearance. Approximate landed cost can be estimated on quote request.
Is the chamber a regulated medical device in my country?
Regulation varies by country. We sell our chambers as wellness equipment, not as medical devices, and make no therapeutic claims. Buyers are responsible for confirming local regulatory classification (FDA in the US, MHRA in the UK, EU MDR in Europe, etc) and for ensuring intended use complies with applicable rules.

Pricing is set in Australian Dollars (AUD). Conversions to USD, GBP, EUR, NZD, or other currencies are provided on quote at the prevailing exchange rate. International payment options include bank wire, Wise, and AUD card payment with conversion handled by your issuing bank.
